Glasses wearers arrive braced to be asked to take them off. We don't ask. Glare comes from where the light sits, so we move the light rather than the glasses, angling it high and off-axis until the reflection falls outside the lens. Your face keeps the frames people recognise you in, and nothing has to be faked in retouching afterwards.
