Fellowship applications run on the same tight photo spec as residency: head and shoulders, plain background, professional dress. Ariana's session stayed inside it. We still shot several expressions so she wasn't stuck with the first frame. Four finals were retouched in house and delivered fast enough to clear her submission deadline.
